NEWS: 2.21.09 - National Day of Slayer suggests name for NASA space station NASA has offered an open voting poll to name its new space station node. The National Day of Slayer Task Force encourages fans to make their voices heard.

The National Day of Slayer Task Force is calling upon Slayer fans worldwide to cast their vote for NASA's new addition to its International Space Station. The American space agency has provided a website poll that allows a vote submission of once per day. No sign up is needed, so it is simple and easy to participate.
JT, the NDoS Co-Director, stated: "If we act together, we can push them to name it after something close to the surly heart of every metalhead... SLAYER."

Select the last option, "Suggest Your Own:" and type SLAYER in the box below it, then click Vote.
All of us voting for SLAYER shows that there's a metalhead culture that cannot be ignored -- and possibly, could get a piece of space history named after a groundbreaking metal band.
